For the second time, the bottle of Blu
Swim Cleaner that I received was open
and spilled all over the contents of the
bag, mailing envelope and into my mail
box. This is not acceptable. Please
respond.

I have had this product before and am very satisfied with it. It has extended the life of my non-chlorine resistant suits by many, many months.
However, although I ordered this latest purchase on January 3rd, I have never received it.

The bottle was partialy open so some of the cleaner leaked in the package. Luckily the suit was in a plastic bag.
