I bought these in a small after having a pair of mediums from a sports store in my area. The small gloves are MUCH better! I feel like I have more control over my hand movements with a glove that fits properly. Also, maybe it's the smaller size or the different brand, but the velcro on these does not come undone during exercise - that's a definite plus.
