Description   Strokemaker Paddles were designed to improve your stroke while limiting shoulder stress.  They increase distance per stroke by: 1. Disallowing early recovery. 2. Strengthening swimming-specific muscles and muscles used in propulsion. 3. Improving feel for the water due to the flow-throw holes and flexible design. 4. Exaggerating both correct and incorrect movements to aid swimmer and coach in making corrections.   Size Color Recommended Use XXS (00) Blue Ages 7-10 XS (0.5) Red Beginning age group swimmers S (01) Green Ages 9-13, highschool stroke swimmers, beginning female masters swimmers, young synchro swimmers M (02) Yellow Older ade-group swimmer and younger high school boys, college women stroke swimmers, beginning male masters, female triathletes and advanced female masters swimmers L (03) Red Sr. National level women/girls, older high school boys, college women, men stroke swimmers, male triathletes, advanced male masters swimmers XL (04) Blue College men, Sr. National level men/boys, very strong college women swimmmers * Using too large of a paddle can result in shoulder injury.  Please consult with a coach or instructor about paddles sizing if you are unsure of what size to get.  It is recommended that you size down a paddle size or two from the paddle size you use for freestyle when swimming a non-freestyle stroke.
