Pure Blue Swim Return and Exchange Policy
***Please carefully read all the info below. Improper/ineligible returns will be sent back to you at your expense***
RETURN POLICY
We will gladly exchange or refund any Pure Blue Swim purchase you are not completely satisfied with if returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. PLEASE NOTE: Elite Technical Suits must be returning within 14 days of purchase date. See technical suit policy below for details. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging (swimwear must have the sanitary liner attached). Because swimwear is intimate apparel, health department regulations require that swimwear be tried on over underwear or it may not be returned. We reserve the right to return without replacement any merchandise that has been abused, improperly cared for or does not qualify for return under our return policy specifications. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for merchandise damaged by chlorine or other pool chemicals. Clearance items or items made to a customer’s specifications are not returnable. All returns are the responsibility of the customer, so protect yourself against the loss of a return by sending insured mail or insured UPS. We do not accept COD returns. GROUP and LARGE QUANTITY ORDER RETURN POLICY
Any orders placed for more than 12 of a particular item (such as team suits, apparel or training equipment for your team) are considered group, team or large quantity orders. On these large orders, you may return up to 15% of your total order for a refund or credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. You CANNOT return for a refund or credit more than 15% of your order. Any returns in excess of 15% of your order will be returned to you at your expense. (For example, if you order 20 suits for your team, you may return up to 3 suits for a refund/credit. If you try to send back 10 suits, we will refund you for 3 and send 7 back to you at your expense.) Please call us in advance if you are unsure of how many items you are allowed to return. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. If you received a quantity discount on your original order and the items you are returning brings your original order quantity below the amount that qualifies for the quantity discount, the savings you received because of the quantity discount will be deducted from your refund.
ELITE TECHNICAL SUIT TRY-ON VOUCHER and RETURN POLICY
TRY-ON VOUCHER: Before trying on any Elite Technical Suit such as a Speedo LZR, Speedo Fastskin, TYR Tracer etc.., you will be required to purchase a $25 Technical Suit Voucher which may be used the same day or any future day toward the purchase of a technical suit from Pure Blue Swim. Due to the cost of these suits, the composition of the high compression/delicate fabric used in elite technical suits and to ensure the best possible fit/condition of every suit, we strive to limit the number of times any of our technical suits are be tried on. This if for the protection of the swimmer who ultimately purchases the suit. As such, we only allow swimmers who are seriously planning on purchasing a technical suit from Pure Blue to try any on. RETURN/EXCHANGE: We will return/exchange your technical suit within 14 DAYS or the purchase date. No returns/exchanges after 14 days. Suits returned to Pure Blue Swim for a refund or size exchange must be in brand new condition with the tags attached and in the original packaging. Suits that are not in brand new, clean, pristine condition MAY NOT be returned.
***DAMAGED OR DIRTIED SUITS CAUSE BY INCORRECT HANDLING/TRY-ON ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY***
Some examples that may result in a suit being un-returnable are deodorant, lotion, skin flakes or other marks/streaks on the suit or the suit being clearly stretched out/ripped due to incorrect try-on. Please read our TECHNICAL SUIT TRY-ON INSTRUCTION SHEET for more details. **If you are returning a suit for a refund and the suit is in brand new, clean, pristine condition, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the suit minus $25 which will be issued to you in the form of a $25 Technical Suit Voucher that you can use on any technical suit at any point in the future. (For example, if you purchase a technical suit for $300 and meet the criteria to return it, you will be issued a refund for $275 and given a $25 Technical Suit Voucher toward the purchase of another technical suit from Pure Blue Swim.)
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
If you are exchanging an item, the credit card/account you used on your initial order will be charged for the actual cost of shipping out your exchange item(s) to you. If your original order was placed on our website and was shipped for free and the item(s) you are returning brings your original order total back under $100 (the amount that qualifies for free shipping), a $7.99 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM
If your merchandise is eligible for return, simply fill out the Merchandise Return Form and enclose it with the item(s) you are sending back to us. Please fill out the form COMPLETELY including all contact information and original order number. Failure to do so may delay or even void the processing of your return. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return for it to be processed and refunded. If you do not have a Merchandise Return Form, you can print one off our website, or just give us a call or send us an email and we will email, fax or mail on to you.
