Custom Logo Embroidery Charges
The following information is for embroidering your team or group's custom logo on any Holloway garments.  For individual name or basic team name type set-up embroidery information, please see the section below under "Personalized Lettering and Name Embroidery Information".

Custom Logo Embroidery Left or Right Chest Size
Jackets, Shirts, Sweatshirts, Bags, Blankets and Pants
Minimum 12 pieces
Per piece application charge:
Up to 8,000 stitches - $5.85 ea
Over 8,000 stitches - $0.60 per 1,000 ea

Chest Size Disk Design Charge
12 to 35 pieces - $150.00
36 to 71 pieces - $100.00
72 pieces or more - N/C
Duplicate Disk Charge - $40

Custom Logo Embroidery Mid Size
Jackets, Shirts, Sweatshirts or Blankets
Minimum 12 pieces
Per piece application charge:
Up to 15,000 stitches - $8.75 ea
Over 15,000 stitches - $0.60 per 1,000 ea

Mid Size Disk Design Charge
Up to 30,000 stitches - $250.00
30,001-90,000 stitches - $350.00
90,001 + stitches - $450.00
Duplicate Disk Charge - $60

Additional Custom Logo Embroidery Information:
  • Embroidery designs may have up to 12 different colors at no extra cost.
  • 25% surcharge for metallic thread on any type of embroidery.
  • The above Disk Design Charges cover the time and labor involved in creation of such disks.  The actual disk remains property of Holloway Sportswear (to be used only by the customer who paid for the design charge).
  • Artwork Information: For best results, e-mail finished artwork, provide a disk or supply camera-ready art to size.  Preferred art for digitizing: .EPS, .AI, or .CDR if possible or color composite.  Send artwork to info@pureblueswim.com.
  • Less than minimum charge: Application charge per unit up to minimum quantity.  Minimum 12 pieces per logo.  You can combine as many different styles to reach the 12 peices as long as they all feature the same logo.
    • 1-5 Pieces...........$20.00
    • 6-11 Pieces.........$15.00
  • Embroidery editing: $40 for logo merging, resizing, typesetting, editing and/or deleting stitches in an existing digitized design.
  • Pre-Production Sample:
    • E-mailed proofs: Free of charge.
    • Fabric Sew-out: $25 per sew out
Personalized Lettering and Basic Team Name Embroidery
Right or Left Chest Size lettering (1-12 Pieces):
1 line - $4.50 ea
2-3 Lines - $8.00 ea
4 or more lines - $11.50 ea
12 pieces or more (with same wording) - $6 each

Full Size Lettering:
Minimum - 1 piece
Full size application single color only
1" letters - $8 per line
(Max 15 letters per line*)
2" letters - $10 per line
(Max 10 letters per line*)
3" letters - $11.50 per line
(Max 8 letters per line*)
* When determining letters per line, remember spaces count as letters.

Script Tackle-Twill Words Pricing
Have your team name applied in script tackle-twill on your Holloway team apparel.

Swimming 

  • 3" cap first letter / 1.75" lower case letters - $11.65
  • 4" cap first letter / 2" lower case letters - $13.30
  • For two color script, double the prices.
  • $40 Set-Up Charge for all script twill.
  • Embroidered lettering in tail - $5
  • Above pricing is or a team name up to 6 letters.  Each additional letter over 6, add $1.50 ("Tail" under the word counts as a letter).
  • Script Team Names must be ordered in increments of 5. (ex. 5, 10, 15...you cannot order 12 script team names)
  • Individual script names are not available.
  • Letter or numeral outlined with double contrasting zig zag swtitching, add 50%
