RANGS - Independent Buoy System

Rangs are independent pull buoys that help improve body position and rotation. Each Rang is placed around the upper thigh or knee and is secured with a Velcro closure that holds throughout training. The Rangs conform to the legs, encouraging proper body rotation while swimming. The foam inserts in the buoys float a swimmer's hips or knees to the top of the water, improving body position while also reducing drag. The Rangs are made up of a soft neoprene material on the outside and a non-slip neoprene on the inside. Rangs can be worn during any swim stroke, and are also available in a Jr size.
