Screen Print Pricing
Our expert screen printers have been working with suits and swim apparel for over a decade.  We can print on male or female lycra suits, poly suits, drag suits, nylon suits and almost any kind of apparel or garment you can imagine.  The process of screen printing actually applies ink directly to the garment for great looking, long-lasting results.  Since screen print prices are based soley on the number of colors used and the location, the size of the logo/name you are screen printing does not mattter.  This is ideal for large back logos or even printing your school name across the butt of a warm-up or drag suit.

*PLEASE NOTE:
1. To make our pricing easier to understand, we have included all set-up charges in the above prices.  Unlike most screen printers, there are no additional charges. 
2. The number of colors refers to how many colors are actually printed on the garment.  The color of the garment itself does not count as one of the screen colors.  For example, if you print a white and red logo on a black suit, you get charged at the 2 Color Screen price.
3. The prices above are PER LOCATION.  If you are getting 50 girls suits with a 1 Color Screen print on the Front Chest and the Right Hip, you will be charged $4.20 for the chest print and $4.20 for the Hip Print.
4. Camera ready artwork required for custom logos.  We can help design your team logo too, but you will be charged a $15 per 1/4 hour artwork fee.
 
SharkskinTM Heat Transfers
SharkskinTM Heat Transfers are perfect for the team that wants their custom team logo or name printed on team suits or apparel, but knows they are going to have kids joining the team at a later date and aren't going to be able to meet the minimums for screen printing.  We apply heat transfer "in house" and can do so one suit at a time so there are no more minimums.  The team simply needs to let us know approximately how many transfers we will need in order to fill the orders for the upcoming season so we can produce them and store them all for you in our custom printing department.  Then whenever a team members needs another team suit or piece of apparel, we will apply the transfer to that item and ship it out to the customer within a day or two.  No more long turn-around for re-orders of custom apparel.

Unlike conventional heat transfers, our SharkskinTM Heat Transfers are made from a flex fabric that stretches along with your swim suit or apparel so your logo will not crack or peel as the suit/apparel stretches to fit your body.

*PLEASE NOTE:  Pure Blue Swim will pay for the transfers up front, store them for you and simply apply them as the orders from your team come in.  However, if you tell us to order many more transfers than your team ends up using or if you decide to change logos, we will send you all the unused transfers that we have left in stock for your team and you will be required to pay for the remaining transfers at a 50% discount.

We can embroider individual names on almost any item you can think of (Warm-ups, Backpacks, T-Shirts, even swimsuits).  Name can be emroidered in virtually any color.  Choose from the following styles

*Individual Name Pricing is on a per piece basis.  For example, if you just need one name embroidered on one item (ex. Joe embroidered on a backpack) you will be charged $25.  However if you want Joe Smith, Alex Johnson, Sarah and Emily embroidered on 4 different bags, you will be charged at the 4 piece price for each (i.e. $8 + $8 + $6.25 + $6.25 = $28.50 total).

Custom Team/Group Name Embroidery
The prices listed below are for custom team/group names embroidered in a standard left or right chest size, such as on a warm-up jackets, polo shirts, center chest of a female swim suit, or on a swim bag or coaches briefcase.  You can choose from virtually any color of thread for embroidery.

Custom Logo Embroidery
In adddition to individual, team and group names, we can also embroider custom logos and artwork onto your team suits, apparel and bags.  Simply email us the logo you would like embroidered.  Because we have to digitize your logo before we can embroider it, there is a one time Digital Disc fee to digitize your logo.  After that, you own that logo so you can use it on anything you want without paying any additional set-up or up front fees ever.

Custom Tackle-Twill Pricing
Tackle-Twill is the term used to describe the satin "sewn-on" letters that you often see on swim parkas and very nice sweathshirts and warm-ups.  Tackle-Twill is ideal when you want to apply number of letters to the front or back of team apparel because it looks great and holds up extrememly well over time.  We can tackl-twill your team name or logo on the back of a warm-up, put individual numbers on the sleeve or leg of team uniforms or even tackle-twill individual names on garments.  Please contact a Pure Blue Swim representative for more information and pricing on tackl-twill.
